Director of Finance

Lauren Groh leads the Speed Commerce finance team as Director. With an extensive background in accounting across multiple industries, she has honed her skills in distribution and logistics over the last 10 years.

Groh relocated from Atlanta to Las Vegas to work with Rakuten Super Logistics, where she worked for six years before joining Speed Commerce. Her expertise extends beyond finance into analytics, compliance, process improvement, transportation, and software implementation. She has achieved success by gaining a strong understanding of all aspects of business, applying her financial knowledge, and bringing a unique perspective to problems and strategies.

With a passion for continuous improvement, Groh strives to push the company, herself, and her team forward to achieve more and think differently. She enjoys new learning experiences and challenges that are present with a rapidly growing company.

Groh enjoys hiking, baking, quilting, crocheting, and trying new foods and restaurants in her spare time.
