There are a lot of conferences and events that focus on retailing and ecommerce. But for the operations professional, there’s no better event for learning and networking than Operations Summit.
Celebrating its fifth year, Operations Summit shines a light on direct-to-consumer and omnichannel operations, distribution, and fulfillment. For three days, learning focuses on moving and managing products, satisfying your customers, and growing your business. This year’s event is April 12 – 14 in Cincinnati.
Speed Commerce has attended Operations Summit since its inception, and one area of the content we love is the panel discussions. These discussions are like a one-stop-shop to hear about innovative ideas, creative solutions, and get a little bit of that “been there – don’t do that” advice.
Here are just three sessions that we’re looking forward to:
Keynote: Operations Power Panel
The Operations Summit team has assembled the industry’s brightest and most experienced operations execs to discuss where direct-to-customer and omnichannel operations are heading and where you should spend your time and money.
The Big Picture: The Customer (Experience) is King
Giving customers what they want doesn’t have to be expensive, but it needs to be relevant. This panel will discuss being memorable, aiming for the “wow” factor, and getting to “delight.”
Picture: Shipping Power Panel
This panel of experts and DTC practitioners will discuss the key issues and trends impacting retail shipping and distribution while inviting audience input.
While you’re at Operations Summit, be sure to stop by and see us in the exhibit hall. Speed Commerce is in booth 408, and we’re ready to talk about everything ecommerce, fulfillment, and customer care.
